We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased or simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so for a refund or to exchange it for another product. The only conditions applying to returns are as follows:
1. If you changed your mind and the product is unused and in its original packaging, You are responsible for arranging the return of the product to us (including all postal or courier charges). We will refund you the purchase price of the product only.
2. If the product is defective or was damaged during shipping, KiwiKitsNZ will cover to cost of shipping the product back to us. In such a case, KiwiKitsNZ will email you a prepaid shipping waybill to download, print and place on the parcel prior to collection by our appointed courier carrier. Should you choose to arrange and pay the cost of shipping the defective or damaged product back to us, KiwiKitsNZ will refund you the reasonable cost of shipping the product back to us.
3. If the product was clearly damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We need to file a claim with the courier company. We will refund you the purchase price of the product and shipping costs. We will arrange for the courier comapany to collect the parcel from you.
Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the date of your purchase. However, if the product relates to equipment that proves to be defective or does not meet the manufacturer's terms of reasonable use, we will refund or replace such product at our cost. The reasonable cost of shipping will be paid by KiwiKitsNZ. We ask that you get in touch with us and discuss the return of the product as soon as possible.

Please note: Should you require delivery to an address other than the billing address, please ensure that the correct information is provided when ordering. If you provide the incorrect address details, your order may be delayed or lost. We do not accept responsibility if the address provided by you is incorrect.
Images of products may differ from the product received due to the manufacturer's colour variations, placement of logos, packaging or in some instances the substitution of one or more products due to availability of stock in the country. Should you be unhappy with the product received, please get in touch us as soon as possible.
All orders are despatched using courier services. A postage fee of $14 per order is payable for urban orders and $16.50 for rural deliveries. Orders of $150 plus are delivered free anywhere within New Zealand.
Orders received before 1pm weekdays are processed within one working day. Allow a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 days for delivery of the goods to you. Parcel tracking will provided with each processed order.
Shopping online at New Zealand Trade Merchants Limited trading as KiwiKitsNZ is safe. We never keep your credit card number on our web server—in fact, we don’t even see it. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Your credit card is debited by national payment processor, Payment Express (now Windcave). However, you are welcome to call us using our 0800 number and discuss your payment preferences.
